Service Experience: L & J Auto Brokers
Here is a copy of the letter I sent them following my 15K service. I believe it's important to commend people when they are doing a good job, just like when they need to improve:
Ron,
I am writing to give you feedback on my recent service appointment and to commend my service representative, Jason Poteet, for his excellent service. Despite the service department opening time of 7:30 am, my car was processed in and I was waiting for a ride to work by 7:25. All scheduled maintenance and miscellaneous inspections I requested were completed by 12:30 when Jason called to let me know my car was ready. The appointment could not have gone any smoother.
I came to your dealership due to a few poor experiences with the dealer in San Francisco (where I live) and I now regret having not switched earlier. I will certainly bring my Audi back for future service and will definitely keep you in mind should I be in the market for a new vehicle.
